Justification of the expected cost of the procurement object:

The expected cost of the procurement object was calculated in accordance with the Model Methodology for Determining the Expected Cost of the Procurement Object Approved by Order of the Ministry of Economic Development, Trade and Agriculture of Ukraine dated 18.02.2020 No. 275. In particular, publicly available information on prices contained in open sources (including the electronic procurement system "Prozorro"), as well as at the expense of suppliers' price offers, was analyzed. The expected cost of the procurement item is determined taking into account taxes and duties paid or to be paid, as well as costs of insurance, transportation, loading, unloading and other costs specified by law.
